Encrypted by default
Platform traffic is protected using modern SSL/TLS encryption, helping secure data as it moves between your browser, our systems and Microsoft Azure.

Secure Azure processing
Customer files are processed inside Microsoft Azure, using infrastructure and controls aligned with ISO 27001 standards. Files are not moved into unmanaged systems.

Permission-based access
User roles, team controls and permission-based account management help control who can view, upload, export, purchase or manage data.

Strong sign-in options

Data kept only as long as needed
We do not keep uploaded customer data indefinitely. Customer files and related processing data are kept only as long as needed and purged after three months.
Your data is not left sitting in systems longer than necessary.
Private AI environment
Where AI is used, it runs in our own isolated environment and is not connected to the public internet. Customer data and Wren Data records are not shared with external AI providers.
You can use AI-supported matching and data work without sending your data to third-party AI platforms.
